LSPO Communications

LSPO Email Blast System - The LSPO uses Constant Contact as its email blast system. Constant Contact allows parents to update their own contact/email information and relieves LSPO volunteers of the data maintenance.

  • Please note that several other Sudbury School PTOs (Loring and Curtis) as well as the Sudbury Public Schools use Constant Contact as their email blast system. 
  • Each organization maintains their own database - so if you have a child at LS, Curtis and Loring, you must make changes in each of the four (4) constant contact database/accounts (LSPO, SPS, Curtis CPO and Loring PTO).
  • The LS School administration uses its own email database and system separate from the LSPO Constant Contact system.
  • If you have any changes to your contact or email address, you must communicate that information directly with your student's house office. LSRHS does not, by school policy, share email contact information with the LSPO.

Morning Announcement REMINDERS - The daily reminders are for the benefit of parents to remind them to daily check the LS announcements, which are actually written for the LS students' benefit. These daily morning announcement reminders are generated by the LSPO, sent out by LSPO's Email blast system using Constant Contact.

  • To sign up for the Morning Announcement Reminders, you must sign up online through the LSPO website to receive notices. LSPO Communications Signup
  • To request information to be added to the Morn. Announcement Reminder, please send an email with the SHORT text to be included. Please make sure that you include that you would like it to be included in Morn. Annoucement Reminder on a specific date if possible.

LSPO : Weekly Upcoming Events Email - This weekly email regarding upcoming events and listing the LS community notices is generated by the LSPO. 

  • If you have upcoming School/Community events that might be added, please email suggestions to notices notices@lsponotices.org.
  • To learn more information about the LS Community notices listed in the weekly  Upcoming events' email, you just need to click on the link CLICK HERE for LSPO Community Notices Website that is included in each email.

LSPO School and Community Notices Website - These notices are posted by the LSPO on the LSPO website. 

  • To request a notice to be posted, please send a .doc or .pdf file to notices@lsponotices.org.  
  • To read the notices on the LSPO community notices website, go to LSPO.org and click on Community Notices

Class Notices via email - These notices are generated by the steering committees of each class and sent out by the LSPO.

  • To send a class notices, send to notices@lsponotices.org the following information
    • date or dates that you want the email to go out to your Class
    • the text of the email that you want included
    • the subject line for the email
    • send the order form as a .pdf or .doc to be posted to the LSPO website

LSPO Parent Network - This is a LSPO Parent Network where information can be shared on a 'closed' network for LS parents only.  In order to be included and receive Parent Network information, you must be registered. 

LSPO Newsletter - Monthly LSPO Newsletter is edited and published by the LSPO. 

LSPO Website - web address is http://lspo.org/   This website is maintained and updated by the LSPO.

LSRHS Communications

Emails from Dr. Ritchie – these emails are sent through the LSRHS eblast system not through the LSPO’s system.

  • You must update your contact information directly with your child's or children's house office.

Morning Announcements - The actual morning announcements reside on the LSRHS website and is created and updated daily by the LS staff, not the LSPO.  These announcements are directed to and for the students benefit.
